Our Beef CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program connects you directly to our farm and provides you with a regular share of premium, pasture-raised beef. CSA's are based on the idea that small farms operate best when their communities come together to provide upfront, financial support.  Farming is an expensive, unpredictable and seasonal business. Having access to capital helps small farms like us succeed. By joining, you support local, sustainable agriculture and enjoy delicious, high-quality meat raised responsibly.

We offer you our winter share with special focus on premium cuts that you and your family are sure to love. The price of this share program is $510. 

Month 1 – Approx. 8 - 12lbs and Includes:

• 2  premium steaks (Ribeye, Short Cut Sirloin, Culotte, etc.)
• 2–3 lbs of delicious stewing beef
• 2–3 lbs gourmet ground beef or burger blend
• 2–3 lbs of seasonal or specialty cut (beef shank, soup bones)
• 2-3 lbs of fajita strips / flank steak

Month — 2 Approx. 10-12 lbs and includes:

• 2–3 premium steaks (Ribeye, Short Cut Sirloin, Culotte, etc.)
• 1 roast or braising cut
• 4–5 lbs gourmet ground beef
• 1–2 seasonal or specialty cuts

Month 3 - Approx. 12lbs and includes:

• 4 lbs  premium steaks (Ribeye, Short Cut Sirloin, Culotte, etc.)
• 3 lbs stewing beef 
• 3 lbs gourmet ground beef
• 2 cuts of our choice for you! 

Optional bones or organ meats (on request)

Each package comes vacuum-sealed & frozen for freshness!
