WHAT IS A CSA ?
‘CSA’, or community supported agriculture, is based on the idea that small farms operate best when their communities come together to provide upfront, financial support. Farming is an expensive, unpredictable and seasonal business. Having access to capital helps small farms like us succeed.
OUR STANDARDS
Our cattle are locally sourced from farmers who share our philosophy of raising cattle in an stress-free environment with free choice of feed. With our dedication and experience, we're able to deliver some of Maine's highest quality beef at affordable pricing.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
We offer two share sizes, both focused on premium cuts
Premium Share – Approx. 8–10 lbs/month ($495)
Perfect for individuals or small households, Includes:
- 1-2 premium steaks (Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet, etc.)
- 1 roast or slow-cook cut (Chuck Roast, Brisket, etc.)
- 2–3 lbs gourmet ground beef or burger blend
- 1 seasonal or specialty cut (like Short Ribs or Bavette)
Premium Plus Share – Approx. 14–16 lbs/month ($720)
Great for families or serious home cooks.
Includes:
- 2–3 premium steaks
- 2 roasts or braising cuts
- 4–5 lbs gourmet ground beef
- 1–2 seasonal or specialty cuts
- Optional bones or organ meats (on request)
Each box comes vacuum-sealed & frozen for freshness, plus cooking tips and recipes included!
